Falcon Field Airport KFFZ in Mesa, AZ. An airport with a great deal of history.

In 1941 Falcon Field was a training facility for Bristsh Royal Air Force Cadets. Today, the airport is a general aviation airport owned by the city of Mesa and it is on the top ten most active general aviation airports in the USA. Earlier this year, I completed a project that consisted of photographing several of the airport installations and business as well as the recently renovated terminal. The airport has a great deal of history and today many Mesa residents find a link between their family relatives and the airport. Here are few images that showcase today's Falcon Field Airport
