Mesa, July 7, 2009
There are times when the light seems just perfect for an image to be taken. Sunday afternoon, I was in Mesa and could not help but notice the mix of colors from sunset and the moonrise. The setting on the D700 Nikon camera were 1/160, f9 and ISO 200. I used a 24-120 AF-S Nikkor lens at 100mm. The image was taken at about 7:30 in the evening. I used Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0 to reduce color cast and increase contrast. In Lightroom I adjusted exposure levels to emphasize the moon.
